LA COMMERCIALISATION DES SUBSTANCES MINERALES ISSUES DE L'EXPLOITATION ARTISANALELa commercialisation des substances minérales issues de l'exploitation artisanale, dont la conduite et les modalités sont précisées dans une autorisation, est règlementée par le décret du Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement N° 2002 / 648 du 26 mars 2002, fixant les modalités d'application de la loi N° 001 du 16 avril 2001 portant Code Minier en République du Cameroun.
